This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.17698 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet is not filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
