The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous since the suit in OS.No.15 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Perambalur has already been disposed of. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
