Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 12.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7259 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.NO.13062 of 2018 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MS.C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7529 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13062 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w.7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C. Act in Crime No.134 of 2018, while modifying the condition imposed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 6 weeks.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
