ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.48 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the FIR copy and anticipatory bail petition placed on records.

3. The case of the prosecution is that, on 21.02.2022 the petitioner along with other accused abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

4. The de facto complainant is a public servant, during the patrol, stopped the vehicle without any registration number. It is alleged that the occupant of the vehicle had threatened the de facto complainant. The petitioner is one of the named accused in the complaint.

Having threatening the public servant with dire consequences, the petitioner left the scene.

5. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
