No. 15665)/ Maa.Tha.Tha.Aa/ 2015 dated 5.04.2018 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent commission to pass the fresh orders by conducting fresh enquiry after affording sufficient opportunities to the parties concerned in respect of M.P.No. 15665/ 2015 in S.A.No. 3659/ 2015 in accordance with law within a time fixed by this Court.
