PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records in pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is neither connected with the vehicle nor connected with the other accused, unnecessarily the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Based on the confession statement given by the first Accused, the Petitioner was arrayed as accused. The petitioner had discontinued from X standard and has got a job in Kuwait, because of the pendency of the case, he is unable to travel abroad.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the grounds raised by the petitioner are factual in nature, however, due enquiry would be conducted and final report would be filed.

4. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
