Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.5531 of 2024 is allowed.

2. The petitioners are permitted to serve notice on the respondent by effecting substituted service by paper publication. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 21.03.2024 in any one of the Tamil Dailies having wide circulation in Chennai District for the hearing date fixed on 04.04.2024.

3. List the civil revision petition on 04.04.2024.
