This matter was earlier listed before this Court on 27.11.2023 and 06.12.2023. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other alternative, but to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
