The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that as per the conditional order dated 25.01.2023 passed by this Court in A.No.50 of 2022, the applicants have deposited a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) before the Execution Court and he has also produced a proof to that effect, before this Court.

2. In such view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this application.
