Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Impugned Order dated on 01.08.2018 by the respondent herein and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal null and void and consequential directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2018 and thereby accord permission for the functions and to conduct "Aadal-padal Cultural Programs" Scheduled to be held on 17.08.2018 in the village festival of the village temple namely Arulmigu Sri Kaliyamman Temple at Amman Temple Street, Perumbakkam Village, Pandithapattu Post, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following relief:

2.The petitioner gave a representation dated 19.07.2018 for Aadal and Padal Program to the respondent herein and the respondents had denied the permission by the impugned order itself dated 01.08.2018, for quashing which, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that the order is illegal. However, on reading of the order dated 01.08.2018, it is seen that on account of executing law and order problem, Police have denied permission for Aadal and Padal Program. Hence, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the police and accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
