The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.26 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner herein by engaging one victim in this case was running a brothal house. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, false complaint has been lodged. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is the main accused in this case and further submitted that now the victim has been secured. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

5. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner had forcibly engaged the victim into the immoral activities, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
