Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RITA CHANDRASEKARAN, for M/S.AIYAR AND DOLIA, Advocate for the petitioner in PETITIONER IN WMP.5382, 5385/19 AND 2nd RESPONDENT IN WMP.12592,15940/19 and of M/S.HARINYI.S., Advocate for the 2nd RESPONDENT IN WMP.5382, 5385/19 AND PETITIONER IN WMP.12592, 15941/19 the court made the following order:- In view of the order passed in the miscellaneous petitions in W.M.P.Nos.12593 and 15941 of 2019, directing the payment of last drawn salary to the employees, the stay granted in the writ petitions filed by the Management is made absolute.
Consequently, the vacate stay petitions filed by the employees in WMP Nos.12592 and 15940 of 2019 are dismissed. If the amount as ordered in WMP Nos.12593 and 15941 of 2019 are not paid to the employees, the stay granted and made absolute by this order would stand vacated automatically.
