ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 354(D), 366, 323, 354(A)(1)(i), 375(b), 376(1), 506(i) of I.P.C and Section 3 and 4 of Pocso Act 2012 in Crime No.2 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have misbehaved with the victim girl and assaulted her, due to which she sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner misbehaved with the victim girl and assaulted her, due to which she sustained grievous injuries. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
