This criminal original petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No. 142 of 2019 on the file of E1 Ponneri Police Station, Tiruvallur District and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20220001464C202600052, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri on 17.03.2026. 3.
