ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Erode to consider the bail application on the same day on surrender of the petitioners in Crime No.127/2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition on the ground of discrepancy in the names of some of the petitioners vis-a-vis the names in the FIR. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition.
