This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.418 of 2023 by order dated 23.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
