3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Mr. B. Rabu Manohar, learned senior Central Government standing counsel takes notice for 4th respondent.

5. Post the matter on 13.04.2022.
