2. Heard both sides. Mr.L.Gokulraj learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 3 to 5 has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the writ petition on 17.07.2026.
