This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19098 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2023 vide order dated 19.10.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
