O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land to an extent of 1.42 acres comprised in Survey No.60/2 and 1.08 acres in Survey No.59/2, totally 2.50 acres situated at Valathur Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District and to fix the boundaries for fencing the property on the representation dated 03.08.2022.

In respect of land at Survey No.60/2 and Survey No.59/2 situated at Valathur Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, the petitioner has given an application on 03.08.2022 to survey the land for which necessary fee also has been paid, therefore in order to consider the said application, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2/4

would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner along with the fee paid by him would be considered and needful would be undertaken by completing the survey by the 1st respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 03.08.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey at the land in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
