Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would now submit that the investigation in Cr.No.377 of 2011 was already completed and final report has been filed and the same is taken on file as S.T.C.No.166 of 2015 on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the investigation was not properly conducted, as such, the petitioner may be given the right to file a protest petition before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail all his remedies, including the right to file a protest petition.
