Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the tender notice of the respondent dated 03.11.2017 in Na.Ka.No.A4/561/2017 and quash the same only in so far as it relates to the petitioner.

2.The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petitions to issue writs of certiorari calling for the records relating to the tender notice of the respondent dated 03.11.2017 and quash the same only insofar as it relates to the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel on either side submitted that this Court by order dated 23.11.2017, in the connected Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.29727 to 29746 of 2017 etc. batch, had dismissed the Writ Petitions finding that the petitioners have not made out any case for interference with the impugned notification. As against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petitions, the petitioners have also filed Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.1574 & 1575 of 2017. Further, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the Writ Appeals filed by some of the petitioners in W.A.Nos.
1574 & 1575 of 2017 were also dismissed as withdrawn by the Division Bench of this Court today (i.e.) 29.11.2017. The learned counsel on either side submitted that in view of the orders passed by the learned Single Judge and the Division Bench of this Court, the Writ Petitions may be dismissed.
4.Following the orders passed by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.29727 to 29746 of 2017 etc batch and the orders of the Division Bench of this Court in the Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.1574 & 1575 of 2017, the present Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
