The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.Not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint was received from the defacto complainant has been in C.S.R.No.89 of 2021 and same is closed after enquiry.

As on date no case and no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
