ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest in connection with the case in Crime No.2212 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence u/s 363 of IPC and Section 81 and 87 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 @ into Sections 370(IV) of IPC r/w Section 81 & 87 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also perused the records carefully.

3. This is second petition for anticipatory bail. Earlier petition in Crl.O.P.No.296 of 2021 was dismissed on merits by this court on 02.02.2021. The offence alleged is heinous in nature. No ground is made out for granting the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Therefore, the criminal original petition deserves only to be dismissed.
