This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further order in the date of order dated 15.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18053 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22831 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
