Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeking to punish the respondents for contempt of Court for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.23211 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015 to secure the ends of justice.

O R D E R

This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2015 made in W.P.No.23211 of 2015, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer, has directed the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2015, after putting the sixth respondent on notice, within a stipulated time frame and also noted that it has not gone into the merits of the matter. The petitioner, alleging contempt of the said order, has came forward with this petition.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, who, on instructions would submit that vide order dated 29.07.2015, the contract in favour of the petitioner was extended by three months and it was extended for a further period of nine months from 29.10.2015, which expires on 28.07.2016. The said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the

respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, is placed on record.

3. In the light of the same, no further adjudication is necessary in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any future act/order of the respondents adverse to his interest, it may challenge the same strictly in accordance with law.
