No. DB/C.505-A/2021 dated 11.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the first to fourth respondents to follow the Rules and Regulations of the Tender Bid Invitation under Tender Notice No. 10/DB/F.114 N/2020 dated 05.11.2020 and grant the good opportunity to the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.02.2021 passed by the fourth respondent, thereby rejected the tender submitted by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that now the period itself has been expired and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the fresh tender floated by the fourth respondent in future. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
