This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 14335 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8566 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and also the Court hearing dates.
