This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.1875 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, viz., the petitioner's sister and his brother in law and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court till 13.03.2023.
