This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is seen from records that a man missing case has been registered by the respondent police. This Court has already given guidelines to deal with such FIRs in the case of K.Sukumari vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].

3.The respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines and proceed further with the investigation and take all efforts to find out the missing person.
