O R D E R

Instant Original Petition has been filed to grant Letters of

Administration with Will dated 3/9/2002 annexed of the property and credits of deceased Thangarajah Wilson Rajamohan in favour of the petitioner as wife and beneficiary under the Will of deceased to have effect throughout Union of India.

2. Heard Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sashidas Sivakumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is the mother and the respondents are children and all of them joined together and decided to sell the property itself. Hence the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Original Petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for withdrawal of the Original Petition.

5. In view of the above, instant Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
