ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 13.10.2021 whereby the objection made by the petitioner has been disposed of. The letter dated 13.10.2021 is taken on record.

2. In view of the above, the main prayer of the petitioner has been satisfied and, accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed. However, it is with liberty to the petitioner to take the remedies, as are available to him, against the order dated 13.10.2021, if he so chooses. The dismissal of the writ petition would not come in his way for the aforesaid.

W.M.P.No.9362 of 2018 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
