By consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up today, for final disposal at the admission stage itself, without issuing notice to the respondent.
2. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against order dated 05.02.2021 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai in Crl.M.P.No.1228 of 2020.
3.The petitioner filed a complaint dated 28.10.2020 to the Superintendent of Police, Mayladuthurai, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mayladuthurai and the Inspector of Police, Mayladuthurai, respectively, which were kept in abeyance without any action and hence, he filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai seeking to direct the Inspector of Police, Mayiladuthurai to register the FIR as against the respondent. The learned Magistrate, after considering the materials available on records come to the conclusion that the case essentially relates to a civil dispute and dismissed the petition. Challenging the said order, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials available on records.
5. On a careful perusal of the records, it reveals that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is purely civil in nature. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai, already given liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.

6. In the light of the above facts, this Court does not find any perversity or infirmity in the order passed by the learned Magistrate. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
