Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.11.2020 and direct the respondents to conduct Land Survey pertaining to the property of 0.77 cents in S.No.365/2A4, Anuparpalayam Village and fix survey stones and demarcate the four boundaries on payment of prescribed survey charges and furnish survey report to this effect and grant patta. ORDER

The petitioner has moved the respondents with his representation dated 04.11.2020, to survey and grant patta to his property of 0.77 cents in S.No.365/2A4, Anuparpalayam Village, Velampalayam, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m., on 21.05.2021 in the office of the Tahsildar, Tiruppur North / fourth respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Tiruppur North, Tiruppur is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021) from 21.05.2021.
