This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Refusal Letter in C.No.68 / PIO/ RTI/ D.C/ H.Q/2025 dated 05.02.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash he same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to furnish the information i.e. Complaint dated 08.02.2021, Reply Statement & Closure Report under the R.T.Act '2005 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the appellate authority as against the rejection application and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority
