The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code praying to set aside the fair and decretal order passed by the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri in I.A.No.552 of 2015 in O.S.No.149 of 2008 dated 12.10.2015.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.552 of 2015 in O.S.No.149 of 2008 dated 12.10.2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri. 1/3

2. The learned counsel initially appeared in this case represented that both the petitioners died long back and he also instructed the Legal Heirs of the deceased/petitioners to file LR petition to implead them as parties. Even then he did not come forward to file any petition to implead them as parties. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had no instructions and printed the name of the parties.

3. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioners by their legal heirs and even, till today, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioners.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
