The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to give permission to conduct cultural programme in Mangalur Sri Throupathiamman Koil Thiruvizha, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District on 23.04.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 12.04.2017 for conducting dance programme in the Temple on 23.04.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 22.04.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
