(2) r/w. 2(c) of the Contempt of Courts Act against the second and third respondents.

ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 02.01.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioner.

Even today, i.e. 04.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs.
