O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the writ petitioner was dismissed from service on 13.12.2018 in respect of another disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and final order also passed in the said proceedings. It is reported that the petitioner also preferred an appeal and final order also passed in the said appeal. However, counsel appearing for the petitioner have no knowledge about the final order passed in the appeal.

2. The learned Additional Govt. Pleader on instructions would submit that the instant charge memo could not be proceeded https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the respondent in view of the final order passed in the another disciplinary proceedings and in view of the dismissal order passed by the respondent.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court at later stage if necessary. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
