ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(2) of I.P.C, in Crime No.28 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioners along with other accused in a drunken mood, abused and assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there are three victims in this case. The first victim got head injury (cut in his head) which required 6 stitches. The second victim got injury in his left leg and the third victim got injury in his right hand thumb. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the victims in the alleged occurrence, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required to prevent further recurrence of the crime.
