The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 16.03.2020 by correct the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate V Salem instead of Judicial Magistrate, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in the petition they have mentioned the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Salem but the correct one is Judicial Magistrate V, Salem. Hence requests to correct the same and re-issue fresh order copy.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 16.03.2020 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.

4. Accordingly, the petition is modified. All other conditions remain unaltered.
