Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvarur, itself was disposed of by the Trial Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
