The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 251 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 8 to 14 as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and as appellants 8 to 14 in the above Second Appeal.
