The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition on the ground that the respondent herein failed to comply with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.10899 of 2022, dated 27.04.2022.

2. This Court in the above said order directed the respondent, who is arrayed as 2nd respondent in the writ petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2017 and other subsequent reminders and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10899 of 2022, dated 27.04.2022, the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2017 was considered and an order was passed by the respondent on 24.07.2023. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced the copy of the order passed by the respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition. 2/4
