ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Nandini (minor) daughter of Anbu, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur on 31.07.2018. He further submitted that the detenue is a major and she has also married one Prakash. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
