O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2017 in regard to grant of approval of the appointment of the petitioner as secondary Grade Teacher.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent school, which is a minority institution and aided. The writ petitioner was appointed in a sanctioned post of Secondary Grade Teacher arose on account of the promotion of one Devasagam as Headmaster on 01.06.2017. 3.Thus, the appointment of the writ petitioner was in a sanctioned post. The management of the school also submitted a proposal seeking for approval of the appointment of the writ petitioner.

4.However, the proposal is kept pending without any valid reason. In this regard the writ petitioner also submitted a representation on 28.12.2017. Since she is working in the fifth respondent school as Secondary Grade Teacher without receiving the salary, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
