[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Reshma, aged about 21 years and her son viz., Dhilip, one year old child, before this Court and set them at liberty.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, inasmuch as the detenue Reshma and the detenu Dhilip, S/o.Reshma, had returned home on 11.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as having become infructuous.
