[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices signed on 08.02.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. A. Navaneethakrishnan, learned Senior Counsel instructed by Mr. R.S. Anandan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.
4. Learned Senior Counsel for writ petitioners, adverting to support affidavits, submitted that the impugned notices signed on 08.02.2025, were affixed on the wall and could not be removed and hence, the writ petitioners were not able to file the original Page Nos.1/3
impugned notices. Learned Senior Counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.5270 of 2025, which reads as follows:
'9.
I state that the original impugned order was affixed on the wall and could not be removed. Therefore, the production of original impugned eviction notice may be dispensed with in the above writ petition'
