Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relevant to the order in R.C.No.3920/A3/2017 dated 14.09.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 to reinstate the petitioner into his service with effect from 14.09.2017 with all back wages. O R D E R

The order of suspension dated 14.09.2017, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents jointly made a submission that the order of suspension had already been revoked and the writ petitioner reinstated in service and serving as of now. This being the fact informed to this Court, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
