Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records leading to the impugned order dated 01.07.2015 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the sanitary workers job to the petitioner in the office of the 5th respondent with all benefits and continuity of service and pass such other order or orders as it deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

This matter came up for consideration yesterday (02.06.2025) before this Court. However, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" today.

2. In spite of the matter being listed today (03.06.2025) under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as the services of the petitioner are again engaged with effect from 02.04.2018.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as the same has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
